Normal Sudoku rules apply.
There are four Kropki pairs, 1-2, 2-4, 4-8 and 3-6. Three of the pairs are friends, so that wherever one digit appears there will be an orthogonally adjacent cell holding the second digit (eg 1 and 2 always appear together).
The white dots join two cells that differ by one and they are not black dots.
The black dots are Kropki dots, but the two cells are not friends.
All applicable dots are present.
