Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and 3x3 box.
Digits represent the weight of someone sitting on a seesaw. If a seesaw balances, the total torque on each side must be equal. If one side is lower then the torque that side is higher. The torque from each person is equal to their weight multiplied by the distance (number of cells) from the fulcrum.
