Rules:

  • Place a number (positive integer) in each cell.
  • Egyptian fractions: In each row, column and region, the reciprocals of the numbers must sum to 1. Numbers may not repeat in a row, column or region.
  • Kropki: Numbers in cells joined by a white dot differ by 1. Numbers in cells joined by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio (one number is double the other). All possible kropki are given (negative constraint).

Gets more tedious than fun towards the end, but it's a very cool idea. Pretty enjoyable if you use an equation solver like Wolfram Alpha, since you still have to set up the equations, and it takes out a lot of the tedium of manually testing integer solutions for parametric equations.
