Tralowiec (Kropki Sweeper)

(Published on 29. January 2026, 13:25 by gdc)

Thi puzzle is inspired by Mine The Dots. According to testers (thanks everyone), it should be on the higher end of 2 stars. Enjoy!

Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply.
Dynamic Fog: Some clues are hidden by fog. Placing a correct digit lifts fog from its cell and possibly other cells.
Extra Region: There are 6 circles in the grid which contain the digits 1-6 once each.
Kropki Sweeper: A digit in a circle counts the number of digits in the (up to 8) surrounding cells which are consecutive and/or in a 1:2 ratio with it.

Genius logic. Gems like this deserve a score close to 100%.

Truly felt like a “miracle” when I found the break-in. Thanks for a wonderful puzzle.

what a brilliant break-in. At first you think you're missing some information...

This one went easy for me, but I could see how it could be tricky.

Very good puzzle either way.

This felt like a 3* to me. It wasn't that hard per se, but I felt like I need to use the kind of logic that could really stump people unless they have a very certain kind of approach. Fog puzzles sometimes have this property -- you have to understand precisely what the poet intended. In any case, even though it was a "one trick" kind of puzzle, I think this might be my favorite fog puzzle in recent memory. What a beauty!

Pretty tricky break-in, but it goes very smoothly after the first few digits are placed.
It helps to write down which digits can count for a circle.

I love the puzzle where you discover new properties of constraints. Great setting thx.

It was very fun discovering the properties here, thought the puzzle loaded wrong at first!
