This felt like a 3* to me. It wasn't that hard per se, but I felt like I need to use the kind of logic that could really stump people unless they have a very certain kind of approach. Fog puzzles sometimes have this property -- you have to understand precisely what the poet intended. In any case, even though it was a "one trick" kind of puzzle, I think this might be my favorite fog puzzle in recent memory. What a beauty!

Pretty tricky break-in, but it goes very smoothly after the first few digits are placed.
It helps to write down which digits can count for a circle.
