Puzzle:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Antiking & antiknight: Cells that are a chess king's and a chess knight's move apart must not contain the same number.

Between lines (gray): Digits along a gray line MUST BE BETWEEN the digits on the circled ends of the line.

Lockout lines (blue): Digits along a blue lockout line must lie OUTSIDE the range of digits defined by the squared ends of the line. The squared ends joined by a blue lockout line have a difference of at least 4.

German whisper lines (green): cells connected by a green line must have a difference of at least 5.

Dutch whisper lines (orange): cells connected by an orange line must have a difference of at least 4.

Difference Kropki dots: Cells joined by a white dot contain consecutive numbers. Not all dots are given.
