Friendly Fortresses

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits on the marked diagonal do not repeat.
Digits on fortress cells are greater than all their orthogonal neighbors.
Digits in a cage sum to the indicated number.
Digits separated by a red dot have a difference of 2.
Also, all digits in the grid need a friend, i.e at least one orthogonally connected consecutive digit.
