I'm certain there are other puzzles that use similar constraints, but this felt novel while creating and testing. Enjoy!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Global Anti-15: No two orthogonally adjacent OR diagonally adjacent digits may sum to 15. In other words, no two digits that are a king's move apart from one another may sum to 15.
Killer Cages: Digits in cages must not repeat, and must sum to the total given in the top-left corner.
Little Killers: Digits along marked diagonals sum to the number indicated outside the grid.
Quadruples: Digits in white circles must be present at least once in the cells the clue touches.
