Very cool puzzle! I got the break in pretty quick, but for some reason got stuck towards the middle for a bit.

looks completely intractable at first, but solves very easily, as soon as you see where the main pressure is.
hint for beginners: you can use sven's cell checker functionality to fill in all the arrows (which i did). there IS a "coincidence". if you study it, you can find the FORCED PATTERN.
