The three rows and three columns of three 3x3 blocks contain each nine grey cells in which the digits 1-9 have to appear exactly once too. (Example: R3C1+R2C2+R1C3-7+R2C8+R3C9.)

Surprisingly easy! It's neat to see Extra Regions overlapping so heavily (six sets of bonus regions, with each cell belonging to exactly two of them).

Very nice - I did find the instructions confusing at first. Basically, the grey cells of the top three rows are a set of 1-9; same for the next and last three, and same for columns.
