Having just done the 1st puzzle in the series I thought I’d give this one a go and very nice it was too! A wonderful negative constraint to complete the puzzle too. Off to number 3!????

Very nice! Surprisingly easy except for the beautiful sudoku step near the end. I did not use global parity at all and the negative constraint only once. Thanks

A fun puzzle! The rules "All possible are given" is amazing!

A very fun puzzle! Had to step away from the puzzle for a while and felt firsthand the need for the emphasis on the negative constraints. Generally a fairly easy solve the moment we got the trick that no digit higher than 3 may ever satisfy the arrow constraint

Solved the cool parity/arrow logic and colored the whole grid. But then came the unexpected zinger at the end.

very nice logic, but quite challenging for beginners to solve the very last bit

I forgot the global parity as well.
Very nice puzzle with or without global parity
