Rituz Unicorno Unicorno XVI - Variation 2

(Published on 11. January 2026, 13:46 by AJN)

This is the more challenging version of a puzzle I made. It was the original one before I decided to make the easier version (easier in my opinion, at least). Enjoy!

  • Normal Sudoku rules apply.
  • Arrows: The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell.
  • XV Pairs: Digits joined by an X sum to 10. Digits joined by a V sum to 5. Not all Xs and Vs are necessarily given.
  • Anti-Knight: Digits separated by a knights move (in chess) may not be the same.

The easier version helped so much with starting, but then I got stuck again. Found a bifurcation that could be solved in just a couple steps, but I guess I missed something.

funny enough, i had no idea where to start, so opened the easier version first. As soon as i looked at that one, i noticed some constrictions that apply to both, and came back to this one. loved the deductions needed for the break in!
