Normal Sudoku Rules apply. Every row, column and marked region in the puzzle must contain the digits 1-9 exactly once.
Additional Rules:
Global Entropy: Divide the digits 1-9 into low(123), middle(456), and high(789) digits. Every 2x2 cell group in the puzzle must contain at least one digit of each group.
Kropki: White dots connect consecutive cells, black dots connect cells in a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are given.
Cage Kropki:Kropki dots between two killer cages refer to the cage sums instead of the individual digit.
Killer: Digits in cages sum to the number in the corner of the cage (if given) and can't repeat within a cage.
Solution code: Row 9

Same for me: I recreated it and always end up in an impossible situation, could be skill issue though.

I'm not sure if this puzzle is impossible or if I am misinterpreting the puzzle rules
