BL3 Sandwich

This is the fourth puzzle in my '3 Series'.
This was the first puzzle I created in this series. After managing to get some interesting logic out of 3 sandwiches, I set myself the challenge of only using clues that are a multiple of 3. I like how this one turned out and hope you can enjoy it too.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Sandwich Clues: Clues outside the grid (without an arrow) give the sum of the digits sandwiched between the 1 and the 9 in the respective row/column.
- Little Killer: The sum of all the digits on the diagonal indicated by the arrow equals the given clue. digits on the diagonal can repeat.
Solution code: Row 4 (left to right)

I supposed that the diagonal sums were also sandwich clues… That didn‘t work, but maybe it would be better to add a sentence to the rules? Anyway, I enjoyed the solve. Thank you very much for creating and sharing this nice puzzle.
