Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
- Counting Circles: A digit in a circle indicates how many times that digit appears in a circle.
- German Whispers: Adjacent digits along a green line must differ by at least 5.

Quite a cool bit of logic in this one. Once you've wrapped your head around the structure of the puzzle, it flows excellently, with a lot of movement around the puzzle. Took me 28:38
