Normal sudoku rules apply.
Lime-green lines are region sumdex lines, they both act as a region sum line and an index line.
Region sum: Sum of the digits on a line segment is the same for each box it passes through. Different lines may have different sums.
Index: Starting from the circle, The digit in the Nth cell along a line indicates the position along the line where the digit N appears.

My first experience with sumdex lines and it was a fantastic one. Brilliant that the puzzle gradually ramps ups the difficulty and complexity naturally until it all just falls into place. Thanks for a beautiful puzzle!

Starts out as an approachable tutorial and then it immediately puts your earned knowledge to an test.

I really enjoyed this puzzle. It started off much easier than I was expecting, before ramping up after you get used to the combination of the constraints.
