One of my puzzles in the Cagey Constraints puzzle pack hosted by Bremster and the Sudoku Skunkworks. This pack is free to download, and I highly recommend checking it out!
Normal sudoku rules apply (fill each row, column, and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9 once each), and all clues are standard.
-Killer Cages: Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat within cages.
-Arrows: Digits on an arrow must sum to the digit placed in that arrow's circle.
-Inequality: The inequality symbol points to the lower of the two digits.

Wonderfully set puzzle! The difficulty rating is spot on. I also find it hard to judge difficulty on puzzles I set. I believe the initial rating of difficulty should not impact the beauty rating of a puzzle in the slightest, that is why its not a set difficulty. Should be higher than 92% in my opinion.

Great puzzle! I had a 1 star solve time (for me anyways) but it *felt* harder than that. Can't really explain why, just made me think in a different way.

Appreciate all the comments. Puzzle difficulty is a hard scale to find consensus about, as individuals don't all think alike, so individual experiences will vary :)
I hope all have found some enjoyment, regardless of how hard or easy they felt the puzzle was :)

Agree with Ethos335. I also completed it much faster than most 1* puzzles, so it didn’t just FEEL easier, but my time metric supports the claim that it IS easier. This is empirical data, folks.

I disagree with the other comments, I almost exclusively solve 1 star puzzles and I found it on par if not easier than most. very enjoyable puzzle with a clear solve path

I agree with Myfyr MJ this is harder than a 1 star. I would put it at either 2 or 3 stars. Nice puzzle.
