Time Breaker (Clock Faces, Fortress)

Exploring Clock Faces variant with the addition of partial negative constraint. Hope you enjoy solving the puzzle, and if you like it, check out my other Clock Faces Puzzles!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Clock Faces: Four digits around a circle are placed in an increasing order starting from one of the four cells and going clockwise (white circle) or going anticlockwise (black circle). Four digits around a red circle must not be placed in an increasing order clockwise or anticlockwise.
Fortress (Min/Max): Digits in a cell with arrows facing inward must be less than all of their orthogonal cells. Digits in a cell with arrows facing outward must be greater than all of their orthogonal cells.
