Rules:
Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 exactly once in each row, column and box.
Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide blue lines into segments. The digits on each segment of the same line must sum to the same total.
Arrows: The sum of the digits along an arrow must equal the digit in the attached circle.

My brain hurts :) but i am proud of finishing this. I think I made it harder for myself with my poor marking but there is some really beautiful logic here. Love how it unravels.
