6x6 Consecutive Knights 2

Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-6 once in every row, column and bold outlined region.

Custom knights constraint: Every cell must be a Chess Knights move away from at least one cell in a different region whose value is either 1 higher or 1 lower than it.

Eg. If R1C3 is a 5 then at least one of R2C5, R3C2 or R3C4 will contain a 4 or 6.
