Normal sudoku rules apply.
The grid is partially covered in fog. Placing correct digits will clear the fog from surrounding cells. No guessing is required.
Along green lines, adjacent digits differ by at least 5.
Along pink lines, digits form a consecutive sequence in any order.
Along gold lines, digits do not repeat and no two digits appearing anywhere on the line can be consecutive.

Agreed with others that this break-in is 3*. Once you start clearing some fog, things open up significantly (literally and figuratively).

Lovely puzzle, felt like those old hard candies with layers over layers of different flavours of sweetness. Thanks for sharing.

Pretty fun puzzle, but felt like around 3 stars diff for me since there're lots of tiny details to keep track in the first half.
