BIRTHDAY CAGES AND WHISPERS
Today is my birthday! And today my son happened to ask me (for the very first time) how he could make a sudoku puzzle. So I got to spend my birthday helping him set his first puzzle! It was the best birthday present I could hope for.
He picked his two favorite variants, and started drawing shapes in a blank grid. The break-in logic from the clues that he drew ended up being rather clever, so we spent the day tweaking and testing it with our friends on the Discord server.
