Kropki Split Lines

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
- Equal Split Lines: Dots split lines into segments with equal sums. Digits may repeat on lines but not within a segment. Different lines may have different sums.
- Kropki Separators: On an Equal Split Line, digits on opposite sides of a black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio. Digits on opposite sides of a white dot must be consecutive.

I love diagonal kropkis. Neat idea to combine them with equal split lines.
