Entropic Regions

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Dual lines: lines are simultaneously region sum lines and entropic lines.
Region sum lines: box borders separate lines into sections. On each line, each section has the same sum, but this line may differ between lines.
Entropic lines: Each sequence of 3 digits along a line contain one digit from {1,2,3}, one digit from {4,5,6}, and one digit from {7,8,9}.
