Am I misunderstanding something, or is the puzzle broken? In boxes 2, 4, 6, and 8, are the circles which are diagonal from each other (i.e. R1C5 and R2C4) considered to be connected by the line in the center of the box (i.e. R2C5)?

That was a very nice puzzle. Took me a while to find the right path, but when it is done all follows nicely.
