What a great set of rules! After wrapping my head around them, I felt the beginning of the puzzle wass quite easy. But after getting a bit further the difficulty increased and I realised that the start was just the warm up to get me used to the rules! :)

Fun puzzle. But it broke my mind to switch orientation depending on value.
What marcmees means is the part
> e. g. a 7 in a green R2C1 would put a 2 in R1C7.
should be
> e. g. a 7 in a green R2C1 would put a 2 in R7C1.

olima: Thank you for the information... fixed it, both in English version asd the Sudokupad ruleset. Note to myself: Don't copy-paste and translate at the same time. ;-)

This puzzle prooves that for experienced solvers easy puzzles still can be great fun. The title reminds me of Der Preis Ist Heiss :-)
