Sudoku, Killer, Arrows, German Whisper, Kropki, XV, all these clues are standard:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Killer: Digits in a cage do not repeat, and sum to the total in the top left corner.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.
XV: Digits separated by an X sum to 10.
Kropki: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
German Whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line have a difference of at least 5.
Solution code: Row 9, left to right, then R9C9 from the incorrect grid. (10 digits)

Oh that's so cool! Excellent use of dynamic fog!
It kinda felt like a 2* initially, plus a nice 1* "reward" puzzle once you placed the correct number on blue. Very neat.

Clarified rules

Love the idea... the ruleset wasn't too clear for me obviously; since I left the red and the revealed "to be blue" in the grid... THAT was a mistake and that annoyed me suuuper hard, since it only bit me very late, and solving that sudoku a third time wasn't on my "oh that'd be fun" list weirdly enough.
Aaaanywho... stopped the clock, went to grab a coffee and filled in the options (to not have this unfinished, not because I enjoyed it any longer)
Don't get me wrong, not your fault at all; but a tiny hint that one has to clear the entire grid before starting over would have saved me (and actually enjoy that puzzle a lot more in the end)
-- shoot, sorry about that. I'll put it in the rules now for future solvers. Thanks.

Definitely 3 stars diff for me, but quite a fun journey throughout! A cool and clever setting there, well done!

I found this puzzle quite enjoyable but also quite difficult. Told me a little over 40 minutes. Solving the first half of the puzzle took the majority of my time. The second solve seemed much much smoother.
Overall though, I really enjoyed this!

the second puzzle qualifies as level 2, but the first puzzle, with several critical clues hidden, is (obviously) much harder

How do you even come up with these ideas! Very nice puzzle. Thank you!
