Empty quadkis?

Rules:
0-8 Sudoku: Place the digits 0-8 once in every row, column and marked 3x3 area.
Positive diagonal: Digits cannot repeat along the marked diagonal.
Quadkis: Digits inside large circles must appear in the cells that touch them. In addition, two diagonally adjacent digits across a large circle (empty or otherwise) must be in a 2:1 ratio. (No negative constraint).
White Kropki dots: small circles separate consecutive numbers, not all of them are necessarily given.
Solution code: Row 1, left to right (9 digits without spaces)

Nice flow all the way through, very fun puzzle! I think its probably closer to 2* difficulty.

This was super fun and really cute. I forgot that quadkis had two functions and was very confused at the empty ones lmao
