Nice puzzle, 12:53 for me.
I'm conflicted about the 1 star rating though, because it's only easy if you know about the 'phistomel's ring', which isn't 1 star knowledge imho.

This is absolutely a brilliant puzzle! The symmetry works so well with the whisper loops on the edges. I loved the way they restrict the thermos. Another great puzzle from you!
