Normal sudoku rules: Every row, column, and box must contain a complete set of the digits 1-9.

Diagonal: Digits along marked diagonals cannot repeat.

Arrows: Digits along an arrow must sum to the number indicated in the circle from which the arrow emerges.

Kropki pairs: Digits in cells separated by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio. Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.

i swear, some of the ratings on this site are just random.
i think that any puzzle of this form:
"convert some picture into a viable sudoku, with zero defects" deserves a rating of at least 90%, and then you can argue about the remaining 10%.
being easy, as this puzzle is, is NOT a defect.
