Rules

Normal sudoku rules apply, and all rules are standard.

Arrows: Digits along an arrow line must sum to the digit in the attached circle. If a circle has multiple arrows connected to it, each arrow must sum to the circle digit independently.

Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.
Not all possible dots are necessarily given.

What an incredible puzzle! The symmetry is beautiful, but the logic is no less. It is surprisingly approachable and a pure joy to solve. Thank you very much, MSDOS!

Elegant construction. The arrow interactions with the dots made for a very smooth flow. Thanks for sharing.
