Maxwell Sudoku

Normal sudoku rules apply.

A grey ‘max’ cell must be surrounded by lower digits. A red ‘well’ cell must be surrounded by higher digits.

Each max cell has a corresponding well cell of the same value.

Digits on a thermometer increase in value from the bulb.

A clue outside the grid gives the sum of the indicated diagonal.
