Spinning Chamber (Wheels, Numbered Rooms)

This puzzle combined two of my favorite constraint,
Wheels and
Numbered Rooms.
DadJokes made a lovely gift for me with the same ruleset, and it motivated me to continue and finish setting this puzzle. Highly recommend the puzzle and I also made
video solve on my channel.
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply for the 9x9 grid.
Wheels: Digits in a grey circle have to be placed in the same circular order as a sudoku digit or as a numbered room clue in the four cells that are touched by the circle. The circles might have to be rotated to the correct position by 90°, 180°, or 270°. Digits may repeat on a circle if allowed by other rules.
Numbered Rooms: Cells outside the grid are numbered rooms clues, to be determined by the solver. They indicate the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.

For solution check, fill in all of the 9x9 sudoku and numbered rooms clues that are touched by the wheels. All wheels must be rotated to the correct position on Puzzle TV link.
