Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
- Dutch Whispers: Neighboring digits along an orange line must have a difference of at least 4.
- Look and Say: If a line contains a pair of circles, then in at least one case, the digit in one of the circles indicates how many times the digit in the other circle appears along the line (including in the circles themselves). It is possible that both circles count each other on the line, but it is not strictly necessary.
