This puzzle was made for Scojo's weekly prompt. The prompt was "Clones, Halvers, and Region Sum Lines". I hope you enjoy!

Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.

Halvers: 9 cells in the grid (one in each row, column, and box) are halvers, whose value will count as half its digit for the purposes of region sum lines and killer cages. Each digit from 1-9 will be in a a halver cell once.

Region Sum Lines: Blue lines are separated into segments by box borders. The sum of values on each segment of a line are equal. Different lines may have different sums.

Killer Cages: Digits in cages may not repeat, and must sum to the value indicated in the top left corner, if given.

Clones: Cages of the same shape are clones and must contain identical digits in the same relative positions within the cage.
