From a Scojo setting Saturday prompt to use GWs, Palindromes, and Deconstruction. Also borrowed the non-region rule that sujoyku came up with for our collaboration Index-istential Crisis.
Rules:
All feedback (positive or critical) appreciated!
Solution code: Region digits in row 3 from left to right (up to 9 digits total).

I must confess that I did not notice the symmetry until I thought some of the clues were strange. Impressive construction!

I always loved deconstruction puzzle. Lot of thanks to you and Sujoyku for this new friendly cell constraint. I hope to see more. This one is obviously easier the index-istencial crisis, but they are both great puzzles.
Thanks again for sharing.

Wow, I absolutely loved this. It had me solving from start to finish, no obligatory filling at the end. And as someone who often struggles to spot the entrance to a puzzle, I really liked how the eye is drawn to the first moves, but they don't give too much away--just enough to get moving and intuitively grasp the ruleset. Thank you!

What a nice puzzle! It is so asymmetrically symmetric and just beautiful. Thank you for setting and sharing, ChinStrap!

Very nice decon! I was very intrigued by the friendly void cells, and I loved the different ways things kept resolving.
