This puzzle was inspired by Christounet's "Gemini" and Sotehr's "Duplexity".
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply to both grids.
Cages: All cages are either Killer Cages or Look-and-Say Cages. Each cage is of one type in one grid, and the other type in the other grid.
Killer: Digits in a cage cannot repeat and must sum to the given total.
Look-and-Say: A two-digit clue “xy” means that the digit y appears exactly x times within the cage (e.g. a 34 clue means that the cage contains three 4’s).
Solve online:
SudokuPad (with conflict checker!)
Solution code: Row 1 of each grid, starting with the grid that has the 19 cage as a killer cage.

How many times can solvers say the word smooth before it begins to lose all meaning? Anyways, super enjoyable, very smooth.

Amazing flow on this one. It took me a long time, but I never felt like I wasn't close to figuring out the next digit. It took a couple solid hours for me, although if sudokupad knew the solution I would have saved a lot of time fixing a blunder I made early on. Overall, it was a nice way to spend my evening!
