This was set as part of a Secret Santa gift for SamuPiano.
Here you can solve the puzzle online:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 once each in each row, column, and 3x3 region.
Two Truths and a Lie: For each rule type, there a three clues, two of which work properly as described below, and one “lying” clue which must not work as described. Which clue is the liar in each set of three clues is for the solver to deduce.
Killer cages: Digits in a cage sum to the total shown in the top left of the cage.
Arrows: The sum of digits along an arrow is equal to the digit in the attached circle.
Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio. Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
XV: Digits separated by an X sum to ten. Digits separated by a V sum to five.
Quads: Digits in a circle at the junction of four cells must appear in the surrounding cells.
Odd/Even: Digits on a filled grey circle are odd. Digits on a filled grey square are even.
Skyscraper: Digits in red outside the grid (left hand side) show the number of digits visible from that side where higher numbers block sight of lower numbers further from the clue.
X-Sums: Digits in black outside the grid (bottom) show the sum of the first X digits in that column, where X is the digit nearest to the clue.
Little Killer: Digits in green outside the grid (right hand side) show the sum of the digits along the arrows path.
Sandwich: Digits in blue outside the grid (top) show the sum of the digits between the 1 and the 9 in that column.
Modular lines: Consecutive groups of 3 cells along a thin teal line contain one digit from each of the 3 modular groups {1, 4, 7}, {2, 5, 8}, and {3, 6, 9}.
Entropic lines: Consecutive groups of 3 cells along a medium peach line contain one digit from each of the 3 entropic groups {1, 2, 3}, {4, 5, 6}, and {7, 8, 9}.
German Whispers: Adjacent digits on a thick green line must differ by at least 5.
Dutch Whispers: Adjacent digits on an orange line (with black border) must differ by at least 4.
Renban: Digits on a hollow purple line form a non-repeating consecutive set in any order.

What a debut on the site! Might seem funny, but despite having used this variant - or some semblance of it at least - in the puzzle I made for you in the Secret Santa event, I had actually never played a Two Truths and a Lie puzzle before, and I enjoyed it a lot! Very impressive indeed how you managed to make it fit and work like that, and so neatly compartmentalized too, this is one very aesthetically pleasing liar puzzle, well done!

So much fun! It's tough but fair, never brutal, and sometimes comical.

If that’s your first puzzle take a bow! That was absolutely brilliant. Gorgeous logic throughout.
