Windex (windoku + index lines)

Here I am with another windoku idea that started with the name! I thought that index lines might even look like a blue droplet running down a window. I don't want to get into a spoiler, but index lines were a bit too restricting to use alone, so I decided to add another line that was blue to fit the theme. I hope you enjoy!
Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Extra regions: (Windoku)
Digits may not repeat in a marked (grey) 3x3 region. (they must contain each digit from 1-9)
Index Lines: Teal lines that include a diamond at one end are Index Lines. The digit in the Nth cell along the line (starting from the diamond) indicates the position along the line where the digit N appears. ex. If a diamond cell contains a 3, the third cell along the line must contain a 1.
Region Sum Lines: Blue lines (without diamonds) are separated into segments by box borders. These borders are indicated with a blue circle. The sum of digits on each segment of a line are equal. Different lines may have different sums.
