Heard No More 6

Normal Sudoku rules apply, place the digits 1-9 in each row, column, and box.

German whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line must have a difference of at least 5. All German whisper lines have been given that would be vertical or horizontal. (i.e. There is a negative constraint, but this does not apply to diagonally adjacent digits.)

X Pairs: Digits separated by an X sum to 10.

Very fun puzzle! Also quite interesting regarding your comment on the diffculty. As for me, it is pretty consistent approx. 10 min per star, so 1* = 10 min, 2* = 20 min, 3* = 30 and so on. So based on my time I would rate this a 1.5*.

Nice! Took me a bit to get the hang of the negative constraint, but pretty smooth when I did.

Thanks Bard! I've done all 6 in the series now and would love to see more!

This one definitely felt like one of the easiest of the series to me personally.

Thanks again!

Nice one, Bard! I found it harder than 1* tbh. Maybe I missed something obvious. Either way, thanks again. Hope you're well.

I expected it to be a 2 star myself. I sometimes wonder how people rate these puzzles. I have established a set of rules for myself to determine the difficulty. Approximately, 12 minutes or less 1 star, to 22 minutes 2 star, and so on. This allows for a bit more objective determination, and while this isn’t the absolute rule it provides a baseline.
