This puzzle was created for my another friend NEWS. We solved many puzzles together, and it was a happy time.
RULES
The standard Sudoku rules apply.
The difference between two adjacent digits on the German whisper line is at least 5.
The ratio of two digits connected by a black dot is 1:2.

Great puzzle! I love german whispers. I don't think it's a 3 star however. Around a 1.5 or 2 star for me.

I rated this 2/5 difficulty.
Nice whisper puzzle! I really liked the logic for determining the polarity of all the lines against each other (the process of figuring out how to color every line with the same palette). The kropki dot in box 9 was neat and it led to a couple of very nice disambiguations/deductions. The puzzle was fairly approachable all around, but the hardest part (for me) was progressing after I had colored every line and around 60-70% of the grid. Once I made a few deductions, the solve came together very nicely.
The overall difficulty fell somewhere between 2-3/5 difficulty for me, but I leaned it towards 2/5 difficulty - placing it on the harder end of 2* puzzles for me.
