Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Dutch Flat Mates: Every 5 in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
Anti-Kropki Lines: No two digits ANYWHERE on a line may be consecutive, or in a 1:2 ratio (eg: If there is a 6 on a line, there can't be a 5, 7 or 3 anywhere on the same line.) However, digits may repeat on a line if allowed by sudoku. (Connected branches all count as one line.)
Please leave a comment if you enjoy :)
Solution code: Row 3 from left to right

Wonderful puzzle, Marty!
Too bad that anti-kropki lines are pretty much a one-trick pony, once you've figured them out, there are only limited combinations.

Forgot the DFM as well. Half way in I was questioning myself and how this could ever solve.. Turns out I was just stupid. But the other stupid. Nonetheless, very nice puzzle and a cool new line type. Although quite restricted. Some lines were even not necessary for solving but who am I to judge.

Beautiful interaction between the two mechanics. And fun solving path. Thanks for the puzzle!

It took me quite a while to understand the break in, but after that a very nice puzzle!

Once a found a certain color scheme, I was off to the races! What a fun unwinding of a new-to-me rule set. Marvelous work as always! 37:52 flew by.

Great puzzle, Marty! I started doing variant sudoku for about 3 months now and you're already my favorite setter so I finally created an account to comment that I enjoyed :) I'm hyped for Rat Run season 3!!

Great addition. One step mid way was 2* to me. The rest a bit easier. Great fun solve thx.

Another nice series episode. Again not too difficult. Great flow and fun.

Brilliant ruleset and enjoyable puzzle. Dutch Flat Mates are always fun, and it was amazing to see how the number combinations on the Anti-Kropki Lines seemed to eliminate each other.

Wonderful puzzle here with beautiful rule interactions, and very approachable. Whoever came up with this anti-kropki rule must be some really smart and attractive people :)

I think I stared at this for five minutes wondering how the heck I would start (and how it was a 2 star puzzle), before I finally realized I misread the rules. I thought the anti-kropki lines only restricted adjacent digits on each line, not all of them. Very smooth and fun solve after that, and a lesson to always read the rules carefully!

Very nice puzzle! First the coloring fun, then the DFM really unravels it all in a very enjoyable solve. Thanks for sharing this lovely puzzle.

Honestly, the "What am I missing? Oh, of course, I forgot the DFM rule" moment I get almost every time is my favorite part about solving DFM puzzles.
