Rules:
Sudoku: Fill every row, column and marked 3x3 box with the digits 1-9.
Nosferatu: Nine cells in the grid are Nosferatu cells. They have to be filled with one complete set of the digits from 1-9. Each row, column and marked 3x3 box contains exactly one Nosferatu cell.
There also are nine Prey cells following the same rules as the Nosferatu cells. A cell can only have one of these roles.
The values of all Prey cells are 0. The value of a Nosferatu cell is the sum of the digits in the Nosferatu cell and the Prey cell in the same marked 3x3 box.
Arrow: The values along an arrow have to add up to the value in the attached circle.
Have fun solving!

Fun fact about this puzzle: It's been almost two years since I published my first puzzle with this modifier variant, the "Vampires" puzzle. Because I liked the variant so much and the puzzle was very well received, I immediately started to construct another puzzle. This led almost two years ago to the opening for this puzzle. But I didn't manage to build a functioning puzzle out of it. I've taken it out again countless times and tried again. There is no other puzzle that I've given up on so often, but never completely. It's all the nicer to be able to publish this result today.
Solution code: Values of the cells in row 7 from left to right

Brilliant puzzle. Lot of rather tricky but very interesting logic. Very good use of modifier cells.

This is a brilliant but devious puzzle. Fair warning this is certainly high difficulty but my gosh, what a treat to solve. Thank you for this one, I greatly enjoyed it!!

One of the hardest puzzles I've ever had the privilege of co-solving (can't even take full credit). This is an incredible achievement of setting.

Very nice and really hard and rewarding! Took me almost 4 hours after a restart, so maybe 6 in total. Thank you
