Regional Chaos

Rules:
- Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into regions, each consisting of nine orthogonally connected cells. Each row, column and region contain the digits 1-9 once each.
- Region Sum Lines: Region boundaries divide blue lines into at least two sections of equal sum.
- Digits in marked squares are the sum of digits seen orthogonally within the same region as themselves. Region boundaries block sight.
