RULES
Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply; place the digits 1-9 once in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Dutch Whisper Line: Digits along an orange line differ by at least 4.
Killer Look-and-Say Cages: The value in the upper leftmost corner is both the cage's sum and a look-and-say clue for that cage. (e.g.: if the value is 37, there must be exactly three 7s in the cage.) Digits may repeat in a cage if allowed by other rules.
