Tenet (11x11 Deconstruction)

This puzzle was made for Scojo's weekly prompt. The prompt was "Deconstruction, Palindrome, and German Whisper". This is my first deconstruction setting so I hope you enjoy!
Rules
Deconstruction
Fill the grid with nine non-overlapping 3x3 square regions, such that each region contains the digits 1-9 once each and no digit repeats in any row or column. Cells outside regions (in the grid) do not contain digits.
Placement Clues
A digit outside the grid (N) must appear in the Nth cell from the corresponding clue's border. (ex. a 1 outside the grid means that a 1 is placed in the 1st cell inside the corresponding grid border.)
German Whisper Lines
Adjacent digits along a green line must have a difference of at least 5.
All cells outside the grid containing a green line must be filled in. Other cells/spaces outside the grid should remain empty.
Palindrome Lines ALL cells containing a grey palindrome line must be in a region, and digits along the line read the same forward and backward.

This puzzle felt incredibly satisfying to solve. I think I was a bit stuck on forcing the right whispers to be used, not seeing other obvious things. This made me genuinly laugh while solving, which is always great. Thank you so much for setting and keeping up the quality puzzles!
