Pea-thagorean Theorem (with sujoyku)

sujoyku and I set this as a follow-up to Splindex Peas, and it was once again a total joy to collaborate with them. We hope you have just as joyful a solve!
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply, i.e. each row, column and 3x3 region has to contain the digits from 1 to 9 once each.
- Dynamic Fog: The grid is covered in fog. Placing a correct digit in a cell lifts fog from that cell and possibly other cells; revealing new clues.
- Split Pea Index Lines: All lines and attached circles are split pea lines, and between the circles the lines function as index lines.
- Split Pea Lines: Digits on a line between two circles sum to a two-digit number written using the digits in the circles. For example, 3_346_1 could be a valid split pea line, as 3+4+6=13, which is 1 concatenated with 3.
- Index Lines: Each index line has an invisible diamond at one end, next to a circle (to be determined by the solver). The digit in the Nth cell along the line (starting from the diamond) indicates the position along the line where the digit N appears. For example, 3214 is a valid index line, the 1st digit, 3, indicates that the 3rd digit is a 1, and so on.

Very, very, very clever puzzle. It felt maybe a bit easier than a four star up until the end. I did end up using the diagonal logic at the very end before reading some of the comments... So satisfying to solve though, it never felt like I was stuck despite it taking me quite a while to solve.

Beautiful puzzle. You had me stumped at the end, which is good.
Also as R.E. mentioned the green line is hard to see and i wondered why my fog didn't clear.

absolutely brilliant collab from these two sudoku masters... The overall concept was beautiful, the handling of dynamic fog was perfectly judged, and I even love the aesthetic choices on the lines. Top notch

Really interesting puzzle, especially the blue and red lines. The only criticism I have is that you might want to use a darker green for that line. I'm kinda blind, but it took me some time to see it when it was moving diagonally. I had lots of fun!

ChinStrap: Will consider but just to note there is nothing about the solve path that needs the diagonal movement. We mention it simply because we knew some people would ask about whether or not they could rely on that, and we figured we'd rather clarify then have people question. But we worked hard to ensure that you wouldn't have to use those deductions in order to solve.

FYI the solution code uses column 6, not column 5 as the description claims. Great puzzle otherwise!
