Arrow Pseudoku

Normal Sudoku rules (mostly) apply.
Fill the grid with the digits 1-9 (and 0) so that (almost) no digit repeats in any row, column or box.
(Each unique digit may appear twice in exactly one row, column OR box. No row, column, or box may contain more than one repeated digit.)
Digits along an arrow sum to the 1 or 2-digit number in the attached circle or pill. (2-digit numbers must not start with a leading 0).
Digits may repeat on an arrow if allowed by other rules.
