Created from Gene's slow setting competition in the CTC discord server, which was inspired by DubiousMobius' pairrows constraint.
Rules
Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and box.
Parity Pairrows: If a cell with 2 arrows contains the digit N, then the two cells N steps away in the indicated directions have the same parity as N.
Even/Odd: The digit in a grey square is even. The digit in a grey circle is odd.
Solution code: Row 8 of the solution (9 digits)
