TESSELLATION
- Fill each cell with a digit from 1-9.
- Cells sharing an edge can't have the same digit.
- Each horizontal row and vertical column contains a non-repeating consecutive set of digits (like 23456) in any order.
INDEX LINES
- Each turquoise line is an Index Line, i.e. the digit in the Nth cell along such a line (starting from the diamond) indicates the position along the line where the digit N appears. For example, if a diamond cell contains a 3, the third cell along that line must have a 1.
Here you can solve the puzzle online:
Solution code: Row 5 from left to right (9 digits in total)

love this series :) got stuck a little in the middle but overall it flowed really nice

Thank you for your comment, cg24! I think there is one tougher spot in the middle of it (which is why I estimated it at 2 and not at 1 star). I am glad that you liked it and enjoy the puzzles of the series.

The tessalation is beautiful, the logic is interesting, challenging at first because of my lack of experience with the cell configuration, but it is a great introduction to something that appears to have great potential. Thank you! This was a joy to solve.

You are much welcome, Paquet Voleur, thank you for commenting! I can relate with you. Even though I have set a few of these, I still get confused with the scanning sometimes. I am glad that you enjoyed the solve.

The combination has some surprising properties and is a joy to solve, even if I am a bit biased because it is index lines. Great puzzle :)

Thank you for your comment, ChinStrap, and thanks again for testing the puzzle! I also was astonished how strong the Index Lines work in combination with Tessellation rules. It is great to hear you liked it.
