Normal Sudoku Rules apply: Place the digits 1-4 once in every row, column and box.
Mirrors: Place 2 mirrors in each box where a mirror is a diagonal line in a cell. Mirrors within a box have different rotational orientations and do not overlap.
Reflective Killers: Digits along an arrow's line of sight sum to the given total. An arrow's line of sight reflects 90 degrees off each mirror it sees. If an arrow sees a cell multiple times, it is counted towards the sum each time.
